SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $365.
We wish we could offer free shipping on all orders; however, we want to keep product prices as low as possible. Consider buying in bulk to optimize savings, there are usually promo codes floating around.
For all in-stock orders
We process orders Mon – Sat. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase using the following carriers: Canada Post, Express Post, USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. All orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. All orders will be shipped in discrete packaging without any branding or labeling indicating your package contents.
Please Note: We do not process orders on all major holidays or government observed holidays. Your order will continue to process the following business day. All shipping times are counted in business days.
Transit Times
We cannot guarantee delivery time once we ship an order. We do our best to process and package your orders as timely as possible but once your order leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery from the shipping provider.
Tracking Information
Once your order is processed your tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Due to the high volume of packages that Canada Post, Express Post, USPS receives, tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not update until your package arrives at your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Everyday Delta LLC. and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly. (See contact info below)
Lost & Undeliverable Packages:
Lost or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Buy Thc Vape Carts. and any issues that may arise from packages not received must be resolved by the customer with the postal carrier in use. Everyday Delta strives to provide resolution to all such matters. Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please Note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Order Discrepancies
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the package’s delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting the issue.
Shipping Restrictions

We check all information on our website very carefully, however an occasional error may occur. Sometime manufacturers might update information that we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@buythcvapecarts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 – 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
